Arrival & exterior
The drive opens onto New Hampshire woods and the front of the house. Paths lead toward the Training Hall, trees, and open land where guests arrive and settle into the pace of the place. The hall is available only when a retreat or gathering agreement includes it.

Kitchen
A full shared kitchen for simple meals and morning tea. Guests cook together or quietly on their own — the heart of daily life in the main house.

Dining
A table for shared meals and conversation after practice or a day on the land. Nearby kitchen space makes it easy to gather without rushing.

Living rooms
Soft light, a piano, and room to sit with a book or talk. These are the common rooms of the house — open and unhurried.

Upstairs living
A quieter living area upstairs with a desk, futon seating, and space to rest between walks and practice.

Bathrooms
Shared and private baths in the main house. Simple, clean, and ready after a day outdoors.

Tea house
A dedicated tea room for quiet ceremony and conversation. Calligraphy and Daoist imagery mark the space as a place for presence, not lodging.

Training hall
An open practice hall for movement, forms, and group work. Wide views of the trees outside keep the room connected to the land.

Meditation & fireplace sitting
Cushions, chairs, and a fireplace sitting area for quiet practice. This is a shared sitting space — not a bedroom and not bookable as lodging.

Hallway & loft sitting
A small sitting nook near the loft bedrooms — a place to pause on the way upstairs or settle with a cup of tea.

Six bedrooms
Six bookable bedrooms in the main house. Each has its own character; all guests share the kitchen, living rooms, practice spaces, and land.
Maple Suite
The master suite — a light-filled room with a king bed and private bath.

Pine Room
Two twin beds with forest views — simple and quiet.

Birch Room
A bright queen bedroom — welcoming and straightforward.

Oak Room
A quiet single/full bedroom with soft light and a restful feel.

Willow Room
Two twin beds — practical for friends or kids traveling together.

Cedar Loft
King bed below and a twin in the loft — sleeps 3, with its own bath.

Land & fire circle
Evenings at the fire circle, snow on the training trees, and paths through the grounds. The land is as much a part of the stay as the house.
